一、检查混凝土搅拌机的驻车制动是否完全释放.
1、 Check that the parking brake of the concrete mixer is fully released
二、检查制动储液罐液面是否符合说明书的规定.
2、 Check whether the level of brake fluid reservoir is in accordance with the specification
三、检查所有的制动管路有无损坏变形和泄漏迹象.
3、 Check all brake lines for signs of damage, deformation and leakage
四、检查防抱死系统的所有熔断丝是否完好,导线是否破损,插座是否牢固.
4、 Check whether all fuse wires of anti lock system are in good condition, whether the wires are damaged and whether the socket is firm
五、检查蓄电池容量和电压是否符合规定,正负极导线的连接是否可靠.
5、 Check whether the capacity and voltage of the battery meet the requirements, and whether the connection of positive and negative leads is reliable
六、检查防抱死系统、ECI_I插接器连接是否牢靠.
6、 Check anti lock system, ECI_ I connector connection is reliable
七、检查电路连接处是否腐蚀、损坏、松脱或接触不良,ABS的各搭铁线搭铁是否可靠.
7、 Check whether the circuit connection is corroded, damaged, loose or poor contact, and whether the grounding wire of ABS is reliable
八、检查轮胎是否符合要求.
8、 Check the tires for compliance
九、检查混凝土搅拌机的车轮转动有无阻滞,轮毂轴承间隙是否正常.
