混凝土搅拌车液压的“致病”因素:污染、过热和进入空气。如果懂得一些常识原理,知道导致故障的3个有害因素,就能使搅拌车长期处于良好的工作状态。

一,搅拌车工作油液进入杂质而变质,进入油液中的杂质的来源有灰、砂、土等:

液压件外部不清理,不清理杂质加油被带入系统,或通过损坏密封圈进入系统

内部清理不干净,在油箱或部件内容易留下微量的杂质

三,当空气进入油液中会导致下列几种情况:

接头松动或油封破损,工作时候空气被吸入

当空气进入油中除引起过热外,如果被压缩的体积大约有20%是属于被溶的空气,则压力下降时便会形成泡沫。
