However, the engine of the mixer is generally equipped with high horsepower. Different drivers drive the same mixer. Some drivers always say that the car uphill is boring and the fuel consumption is still high. What's the matter? If the oil, oil filter element, diesel filter element and air filter element are changed regularly, the following problems should be solved:

1. 增压器损坏，如果增压器叶轮轴匡动，罐内有机油基本断定已经损坏，另外要检查管道，气泵打压用泡沫水检查增压机和出气管接头橡胶卡扣处是否有漏气现象。

1. the turbocharger is damaged. If the impeller shaft of the turbocharger is moved, the oil in the tank is basically damaged. In addition, the pipeline should be inspected. 2. 自上料搅拌车检查中冷器是否断裂，同样的方法气泵打压仔细检查水箱前面中冷器是否有漏气，调整气门，定时按车辆的数值找专人来调整气门间隙。

Carefully check whether there is air leakage in the intercooler in front of the water tank, adjust the valve, and regularly find a special person to adjust the valve clearance according to the kilometer value of the vehicle.
             

3. 更换达标的尿素，选择车用尿素一定要买合格的产品，不要轻易改动尿素喷头，有些自上料搅拌车司机为了省钱，故意石子改装尿素喷头，有的卡友甚干脆加水，还有的人直接将插头拔掉，不使用尿素。

4. 自上料搅拌车校准喷油器，不要轻易的乱加便宜的柴油，如果将喷油嘴弄坏，那省出的那点钱还不够你换喷嘴呢。

4. Calibrate the fuel injector with self loading mixer. Don't add cheap diesel easily. If the fuel injector is damaged, the money saved is not enough for you to change the nozzle.

5. 自上料搅拌车挂档前推不到位，后拉不到底。有很多的车辆挂档都是比较重的，很多时候还挂不到位，这种情况一般有以下一个原因：挂挡杆或者球头磨损，从挂档下方一直到变速箱上面有很多个球头，由于在平时开车过程中需要不断的变更档位，所以球头比较容易磨损，发现匡动就要及时更换；变速杆拉线，现在很大一部分专用车采用变速箱拉线设计，拉线使用时间长了就会起刺变长，就会导致挂档费劲甚挂不上档，发现拉线问题要及时更换；档杆底座螺丝匡动，无论档杆定位在驾驶室上还是发动机上面都会有固定的螺丝，如果底座松动，挂档就会困难；变速箱上盖的端盖花键套或花键轴磨损严重也会直接导致挂档困难甚挂不上档。

5. The front pushing and back pulling of the self feeding mixer are not in place. There are a lot of vehicles that are heavily engaged in gear, and often they are not in place. This situation generally has the following reasons: the gear lever or ball head is worn, and there are many ball heads from the lower part of the gear to the upper part of the gearbox. Due to the need to constantly change gears during normal driving, the ball head is easy to wear, and it needs to be replaced in time when it is found to be changed; the transmission lever cable At present, a large number of special-purpose vehicles adopt the design of transmission cable, which will lead to long thorn when the cable is used for a long time, which will make it difficult to shift into gear or even unable to shift into gear. If the cable problem is found, it should be replaced in time; if the screw of gear lever base is selected, there will be fixed screw no matter whether the gear lever is located in the cab or on the engine, if the base is loose, it will be difficult to shift into gear; if the gear lever base is loose, it will be difficult to shift into gear The serious wear of the end cover spline sleeve or spline shaft of the upper cover will also directly lead to the difficulty or even failure of gear engagement.

6. 检查电磁阀，如果变速箱小盖开关电磁阀的顶针损坏也会导致挂档困难。混凝土搅拌车车身比较重，只要你掌握驾车方法，对变速箱足够了解，就难不倒你。
