1、备用的散热器有效环境应保持通风、干燥。

2、建议使用软硬水需软化处理后使用，避免造成散热器内部堵塞及水垢的产生。

3、在冬季为防止结冰造成芯子破裂现象，如搅拌车长期停车或间接停车时，应将水箱盖和放水开关，将水全部放出。

4、水位计应每3个月清洗一次或视实际情况，各部件拆下用温水加无腐蚀性洗涤剂清洗。

5、散热器内完全放水再注水时，要先将发动机缸体的放水开关扭开，有水流出时，再关上，从而避免产生水泡。

6、在日常使用中应随时检查水位，要停机降温后加水。加水时，将水箱盖慢慢打开，作业人员身体应尽量远离加水口，以防高压蒸汽油加水口喷出造成烫伤。

8、在使用防冻液，为了避免散热器的腐蚀，请务必使用正规厂家生产且符合标准的长效防锈防冻液。

9、视实际情况用户应在1～3个月间对散热器进行完全清洗一次芯体。清洗时，用清水沿反进风向侧冲洗。

10、在安装散热器过程中，请不要损坏散热带(片)和碰伤散热器，以保证散热能力和密封。
